Yellow plum, medlar, pink grapefruit, exotic fruit, gorse and notes of wisteria. The taste is full, warm, very thick, savory and fresh.

Pairings

It marries wonderfully with first courses of great structure and with well-scented fish dishes such as monkfish flavored with rosemary, shaded with pecorino cheese and fragrant with white pepper. Perfect also with rabbit in porchetta and ... with the historical tender stuffed and fried olives.
