Gewürztraminer DOC - Cortaccia
€17.95From the 13th century until the early modern age, "Traminer" was the most famous wine in the South Tyrolean area. Over the centuries, the Gewürztraminer grape has spread, starting from its place of origin Termeno, throughout the wine world. In the hilly vineyards of Cortaccia facing south the Gewürztraminer, a very aromatic wine, finds its ideal habitat: calcareous and clayey soils! Here a full-bodied wine with a vigorous character develops, with a very dense and strong aroma. A strong mineral trait gives this almost oily body, which smells of roses, magnolias and lychees, a persistent freshness.
