Intense and impenetrable ruby red with purple hues.

Complex and fine, it opens with notes of licorice, clove, plum, violet and pink pepper. The palate is balanced and long in the fruity finish; soft tannin with well-sustained acidity and flavor.

Pairings

An ideal companion for succulent meats, it is recommended in combination with freshly cooked marchigiana steaks, or the more international Wellington fillet.
