The nose is intense and decisive in the expression of its fruity and vegetal soul. It recalls crunchy fruits, white flowers and the frank matrix of verdicchio, the almond almond sees.

The taste is fresh, very sapid and long in the finish of crunchy fruits.

Pairings

Excellent with cereal soups and legume flavored with white pepper and seasoned with plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Also perfect with stuffed egg pasta, with squid-based main courses and white meat fish.
