Intense and complex, the nose tells full and fleshy fruits sharpened by a whiff of star anise and almond confetti.

Citrus, cedar, aromatic herbs, thyme, white flowers. In the mouth it is round, ample, the acidity is strong and very savory in the very long finish. On the palate it is full, with a sure and long hold in the bouquet that closes on elegantly bitter notes.

Extremely fresh and sapid, it allows pairing with structured dishes. The complexity of the bouquet calls for aromatically important dishes.
