Product made up of white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico), extra virgin olive oil and salt.
The cream is prepared by grinding the truffle finely together with extra virgin olive oil and salt. It is especially recommended for seasoning first courses by heating the cream in a pan with butter or extra virgin olive oil.
Once opened, the product should be covered with extra virgin olive oil and stored in the fridge.
