PAIRING: risotto with porcini mushrooms and saffron, ravioli with fine white truffle, spaghetti with lobster, baked mackerel, turbot baked with olives, tomatoes and potatoes, cheese in walnut leaf.

Straw yellow with bright greenish reflections, aromas reminiscent of sage, chamomile, citrus fruits, citron and lemon verbena on the nose. Good structure and immediate freshness on the palate, well balanced softness with a glycerine component. Full aroma with a crescendo of citrus aromas.
